have advanced housing equity through award-winning affordable and mixed-income communities and our pioneering Community Life model for resident success. Today, our ownership and management portfolio includes over 14,000 apartment homes. Anchored by offices in Boston, Chicago, Columbus, New York and Washington D.C., we operate across 15 states.

We build and preserve affordable and mixed-income rental homes for families, seniors and adults with disabilities. With community-tailored master planning and community engagement coordination, our residential developments make neighborhoods stronger and more accessible.

We sustain the communities we build as a strategic asset manager. With a comprehensive, long-term view, our asset management plans mitigate financial risk and help keep neighborhoods strong.
Manage Well
The experience of each resident is the focus of the property management services we provide for sites owned by TCB and other responsible property owners. We are an Institute of Real Estate Management Accredited Management Organization that upholds the highest operational standards.
