“Through the redevelopment, we seek to create an intergenerational campus that provides affordable senior housing and mixed-income multifamily housing. We know intergenerational communities don’t solely benefit seniors — they improve quality of life for all ages involved, as we’ve already seen through our St. Francis Residence that provides housing to seniors and the Enfield Montessori School on our campus. This is why the redevelopment isn’t solely about creating much-needed housing for our neighbors. It’s about lovingly and responsibly investing into our community, our home and future.”
